- Lane Change - Indicate before moving into the other lane and keep indicating till all 4 wheels are in the other lane. Don't change lanes through traffic lights
- Left Turn - Check cycle lane before turning, the left blindspot and angle the car with the road.
- Steering / Hand Position - Move your hands and keep your hands on the wheel. Make big turns when needed. Don't twist your hands. Don't drop them when slowing down.
- Roundabouts - Be ready before, look for cover vehicles on your left and in front. Stay behind the white line. Indicate to exit.
- Puddles / Potholes - Avoid your wheels from going into them, slow down and move around them.
- Traffic Lights - Stop behind the white lines and avoid stopping on the cycle bays.
- Orange Lights - Don't rush to go through them. You will need to slow down when turning right.
- Curved Roads - You must keep reasonably to the left. Roll around them, don't brake hard, cover your brake before you get to close.
- Searching and Mirror Usage - Recheck all intersections left and right before and check the center mirror after.
- Merging - You must indicate and check your blindspot before merging. Nothing sudden. Don't have cars next to you.
- Parallel Parking - Recheck the right side, take your time and move. You have 2 minutes and you can go back and forth 4 times. Use the space behind you. Indicate and check before stopping. Stay under 30cm from the curb.
- Right Turns - Don't move forward while other vehicles are turning. Find the center of the road before turning. Don't cut the corner on narrow roads.
