Immediate Fail:

1. Stop Sign - Failing to fully stop, before moving
2. Left Turn - Too wide 
3. Duallane Roundabout - Moved into wrong lane

Critical Errors:

1. Merging - Must indicate before merging.

Needs Improvement:

1. Lane Changing - Indicate and keep indicating till all 4 wheels are in the other lane.
2. Searching Ahead, Mirror Usage and Blindspot Checks - Recheck everything
3. U -Turn - Keep both hands on the wheel and indicate right 
4. Turning Bays - Merge into them, nothing sudden.
