Elton passed his Restricted Driving Test at VTNZ Highbrook

Congrats to Elton from West Auckland on passing his Restricted Driving Test from the Highbrook Driver Test Center on the 10th of October 2017.

Elton took several driving lessons with Victor before passing his Actual Driving Test from the Highbrook, he was tested by NZTA Testing Officer Raj.
