​U-Turns & Three-Point Turns

• You must indicate right and check your right blind spot before moving.

Left Turns

• Before turning, indicate left, check your centre mirror, and perform a left blind spot check.
• Be aware of cyclists, pedestrians, and other road users before turning.

Right Turns

• Before turning, indicate right, check your centre mirror, and perform a right blind spot check.
• Position the vehicle correctly and stay on your side of the road throughout the turn.

Motorway On-Ramp

• Use the full length of the on-ramp to build up speed.
• Indicate right and check your blind spot before merging into motorway traffic.
• Match the speed of the traffic flow and merge smoothly.

Motorway Off-Ramp

• Do not slow down for no reason while still on the motorway.
• Exit the motorway first, then brake gently and adjust your speed on the off-ramp.

Stop Signs

• You must come to a complete stop.
• All four wheels must stop moving.
• Pause, check carefully in both directions, and move only when it is safe.

Roundabouts

• Stay in your lane at all times.
• Be aware of vehicles beside you and indicate left when exiting.

Merging

• Always indicate and check your blind spot before merging.
• Make smooth movements and do not move suddenly into another lane.
