First Driving Lesson – Focus Areas

• Internal Controls:
  Learn and understand the vehicle controls, including the brake, accelerator, indicators, handbrake, and steering. Adjust the seat position and mirrors correctly before driving.
  
• Basic Driving Skills:
  Practise driving straight, making right and left turns, and performing safe U-turns.
  
• Scanning & Hazard Awareness:
  Learn to scan the road ahead and around the vehicle to identify potential hazards early.
  
• Coordination & Vehicle Control:
  Develop coordination between steering, searching, and maintaining smooth movement and momentum while driving.
