CONGRATULATIONS to (Cindy) Han Chang from Dannemora who passed her Restricted Driving Test on Wednesday 20th November 2013 from the Howick Driver Test Center. 

Cindy took around 10 driving lessons / Simulated Test in and around the Meadowlands Driver Test Center with Victor before her actual test.
