Waipuna Road and Penrose Road

I recently had a student failed there driving test in Penrose on Part 2, with Three Critical Errors

• One Lane turning into Two Lanes: Left Turn from Carbine Road into Waipuna Road, applicant turned widely and had front wheel on/over the white line.
• Speeding on Waipuna Road, The speed limit is 50km, the applicant was driving 56km 

• Speeding on Penrose Road, The speed limit is 50km, the applicant was driving at 56km
