It looks like VTNZ Mt Wellington will start doing Restricted and Full Driving Tests from the 9th of November 2015. I have also heard that AA Penrose will also continue to provide Practical Driving Test till the end of this year.
I don't know the routes that the testing officer will take, I will be able to find out 1-2 weeks after they start testing at Mt Wellington.
