You are required to Turn left off Trig Road into a side street / driveway and do a U-Turn.
You will need to move into the cycle lane and slow down before turning.
If you slow down on the main road you will be holding up traffic.
You can use the bus / cycle lanes for turning left as long as you are in there for less than 50mtrs
Tips on avoiding a five minute driving test:
If you testing officer is shorter then you, you are more like to fail on following too closely to other vehicles.
This speed limit is the the maximum sped limit not a target. Stay under the speed limit, within 5km.
Lane changing and merging, indicate till you are fully in the lane before turning the indicator off. (Minumim 3 seconds)
Roundabouts always indicate out, no matter how small the roundabout is.
When backing always check both your left and right shoulders (blind spots)
Three Point Turn - Indicate, Mirror, Shoulder Check.
Dual lanes try to stay in the left lane, if both lanes are going straight.
FULLY STOP at STOP Signs.
ROAD WORKS - if there is a 30km sign you must be at 30km.
Right turns into one way or wide streets with dual lanes.
During the test you are required to turn right.
Normally as you approach an intersection you aim to stop before the street and roll up to it while checking if it is safe, and if safe keep moving. Aiming for around 20km.
One way streets and motorway on ramps are different because when you turn right you will end up on the right side of the road. (The closest lane)
It is a crital error if you go into the wrong lane.
Starting your driving test is the most important part of the test, you are the most nervous at that point.
You are required to turn right in the car park the roads are un laned, you will need to keep left, when you are turning right.
STAY TO THE LEFT on unlaned roads.
