We hope to get many more positive recommendations and reviews in 2014. 

I'm sorry that we did not get to provide you with a driving lesson on the 27th of November 2013. 

We had you booked in at 3pm and not 2pm as you stated in your review. 

We take pride in what we do and want to make sure that we're satisfying each and every one of our customers, so that we can continue to improve our business.

There was clearly a miscommunication with your lesson time and what we had in our diary. 

We apologize for this.

We have implemented steps to prevent a miscommunication like this happening again to any other valued customers, by now sending text messages to reconfirm every lesson.
